Delivering effective and sustainable sanitation service through capacity building around circular economy- Phase II
This project will build on the previous project and will focus on: • Capacity building of MMDAs in sanitation business to additional 2-3 municipalities namely, Cape Coast and Secondi Takoradi. • Conducting a detailed financial and institutional analysis of identified business models in the Tamale, Ho and Ashaiman in phase I of the project. • Assessing the potential of FS based business models in the municipality of Cape Coast and Secondi Takoradi. • Organizing investment matchmaking event which will bring together key stakeholders such as municipal assemblies, potential investors, private entities in the waste management sector, NGOs and donors. • Facilitating private sector participation in catalyzing business development in FS based reuse models by aiding the establishment of PPPs via stakeholder match-making.
